Key Responsibilities

• Edit and retouch photos to the highest standard, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines
• Work closely with photographers, art directors, and designers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results
• Utilize photo editing software, including Adobe Photoshop, to enhance and perfect visual content
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering results in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new ideas and concepts, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
• Provide feedback and guidance to junior team members, contributing to the development of a supportive and collaborative work environment
• Stay organized and manage files and assets efficiently, ensuring easy access and retrieval of project materials
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual content
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of creative concepts and ideas
• Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless delivery of project files and assets
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client requests and feedback in a timely and professional manner
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in photo editing software and technology
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development, enhancing skills and knowledge to stay current and competitive
• Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures, ensuring best practices and high standards are maintained

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in photo editing and retouching, with a strong portfolio of work
• High-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other photo editing software
• Excellent attention to detail, with a keen eye for color, texture, and composition
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with team members and clients
• Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering results in a timely manner
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines and consistency, with the ability to apply this knowledge to a wide range of projects
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage projects effectively
• Proficiency in other photo editing software, such as Lightroom and Capture One, is an asset
• Certification in photo editing or a related field is an asset
