Key Responsibilities

• Translate documents from one language to another, ensuring accuracy, quality, and cultural sensitivity.
• Review and edit translations to ensure that they meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with other translators, project managers, and quality control specialists to ensure that all translations meet the required standards.
• Use computer-assisted translation tools and software to facilitate the translation process.
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in language translation and to maintain a high level of language proficiency.
• Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality translations on time.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure that their needs are met and that any issues are resolved promptly.
• Participate in quality control activities to ensure that all translations meet the required standards.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the client's industry, terminology, and preferences.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to improve language skills and stay current with industry developments.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure that all translations are consistent and of high quality.
• Participate in the development of language-related projects and initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of style guides, glossaries, and other language resources.

Requirements

• Native speaker of the target language, with a strong command of the source language.
• Strong passion for languages, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in language translation, preferably in a professional setting.
• Strong knowledge of language translation software and computer-assisted translation tools.
