Key Responsibilities

  • Complete and submit various forms and documents, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  • Utilize software applications, such as document management systems and spreadsheets, to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities, such as audits and quality checks, to ensure that all forms and documents are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing policies, procedures, and regulations, and adapt to new processes and systems as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, including data entry and document management.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including special projects and tasks.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement new processes and systems.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Proficiency in software applications, such as document management systems and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in data entry software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and quality.
