Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support our clients' business objectives
  • Conduct HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for change
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills
  • Provide guidance and support on recruitment and talent management, including job design, advertising, and interviewing
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies, including recognition and reward programs
  • Administer benefits programs, including health and wellness initiatives, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with our team of recruiters to identify and attract top talent
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, best practices, and legislative changes, and apply this knowledge to improve our services and support our clients
  • Participate in the development and implementation of our company's strategic plan and contribute to the growth and success of our business
  • Provide coaching and guidance to our team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a consulting or advisory role
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws, including employment law, labor relations, and benefits administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Experience with HR software and systems, including HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the business implications of HR decisions
  • Certification in human resources, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is an asset
  • Ability to travel to client sites and work remotely as required
