Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and animations for a variety of projects, including virtual reality experiences, video games, and animated films.
• Collaborate with our team of designers, artists, and developers to bring our clients' visions to life.
• Work closely with our project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules and project plans to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed as planned.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in 3D modeling and animation.
• Provide feedback and support to junior team members and contribute to the growth and development of our studio.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of new ideas and concepts.
• Collaborate with our clients to understand their needs and preferences and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our studio's policies and procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and technologies.
• Contribute to the development of our studio's social media presence and online portfolio.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients and colleagues.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our studio's goals and objectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in 3D modeling and animation, with a focus on creating high-quality models, textures, and animations.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software, such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender.
• Strong understanding of lighting, shading, and rendering techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Experience with project management software, such as Asana or Trello.
• Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to provide feedback and support to junior team members and contribute to the growth and development of our studio.
• Strong understanding of our studio's policies and procedures.
