Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain large-scale web applications using React, NodeJS, and MongoDB
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
• Develop and implement front-end and back-end features using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Ensure high-quality code that meets our company's coding standards and best practices
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our technology stack
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using debugging tools and techniques
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for web applications
• Collaborate with QA engineers to identify and resolve defects
• Participate in agile development methodologies and iterative development cycles
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development
• Contribute to the development of our company's technology roadmap and strategy
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members
• Develop and maintain databases using MongoDB and other NoSQL databases
• Implement security measures to protect web applications from vulnerabilities and threats

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development using React, NodeJS, and MongoDB
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks and libraries
• Strong understanding of database concepts and data modeling
• Experience with agile development methodologies and iterative development cycles
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong understanding of web security and best practices
• Experience with cloud-based platforms and containerization using Docker
• Strong understanding of testing frameworks and debugging tools
• Certification in web development or a related field is an asset
