Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with the design team to translate designs into functional user interfaces, focusing on usability and user experience.
• Work closely with the backend team to integrate APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange and functionality.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance the quality and readability of the codebase.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues, optimizing application performance and resolving bugs efficiently.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile app development, applying this knowledge to improve existing projects and propose new ones.
• Contribute to the development of the project's technical roadmap, proposing innovative solutions and features that align with the company's vision.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring that all aspects of the application are well-documented for future reference and maintenance.
• Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure the team is aligned and working efficiently.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to identify and prioritize testing areas, ensuring comprehensive testing and high-quality releases.
• Develop reusable code and libraries, aiming to modularize components for easier integration across different projects.
• Maintain open communication with the project manager and other team members, reporting progress, issues, and suggestions for improvement.
• Adhere to and promote best practices in coding standards, security, and compliance, ensuring all developed applications meet the required regulatory and internal standards.
• Assist in the mentorship of junior developers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to help them grow professionally.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience in mobile app development, with a strong focus on Flutter.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, user-centric mobile applications using Flutter.
• Strong understanding of Android and iOS platforms, including their limitations and capabilities.
• Proficiency in Dart programming language and familiarity with Flutter's ecosystem, including widgets, providers, and state management techniques.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or other data exchange formats, and the ability to integrate them seamlessly into mobile applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues efficiently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with experience working in agile environments.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and human-computer interaction, with the ability to translate designs into functional interfaces.
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and UI testing, using frameworks such as Flutter's built-in testing tools or third-party libraries.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent documentation and presentation skills.
