About the role

BrightMart Solutions is modernizing its customer‑facing platform to achieve rock‑solid performance and reliability. As a Cloud Solutions Architect you will lead the redesign of critical services, ensuring they scale seamlessly under load while maintaining high availability.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a resilient micro‑services architecture for the new "PulseGate" module using AWS ECS and EKS.
• Develop end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
• Conduct performance profiling with Grafana and Prometheus, establishing SLOs and automated alerting.
• Migrate legacy workloads to serverless Lambda functions where appropriate, reducing latency by at least 30%.
• Collaborate with the security team to embed IAM best practices and automated compliance checks.
• Document architecture decisions and create runbooks for incident response.

Must-have skills

• Deep expertise in AWS architecture, networking, and cost optimization.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), and container orchestration.
• Extensive experience building Terraform modules for multi‑region deployments.
• Strong background in CI/CD automation, monitoring, and observability tools.
• Ability to translate business SLAs into technical designs.

Nice to have

• Experience with chaos engineering frameworks (e.g., Gremlin).
• Familiarity with serverless frameworks and API Gateway design.
