Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain large-scale web applications using PHP, Laravel, and MySQL
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets our company's coding standards
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our codebase
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and provide technical support to our clients
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and API documentation
• Contribute to the development of our company's technical strategy and roadmap
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development, and apply this knowledge to improve our solutions
• Collaborate with our design team to develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces
• Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning and retrospectives
• Ensure that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality, security, and performance
• Develop and maintain automated testing scripts to ensure the quality of our code
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, and contribute to the growth and development of our team
• Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including project managers and clients

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in PHP development, with a strong focus on Laravel and MySQL
• Strong knowledge of PHP, including PHP 7 and PHP 8
• Experience with Laravel, including Laravel 8 and Laravel 9
• Strong understanding of MySQL, including database design and optimization
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with agile development methodologies, including sprint planning and retrospectives
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including front-end development frameworks such as Bootstrap and jQuery
• Experience with version control systems, including Git and SVN
• Strong understanding of web security, including secure coding practices and vulnerability assessment
• Experience with automated testing frameworks, including PHPUnit and Jest
