About the role

NovaForge Tech is expanding a B2B SaaS platform with a new multi‑tenant module. We need a Python Backend Developer to design and deliver tenant‑isolated services that integrate seamlessly with existing workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable multi‑tenant APIs using Django
• Design database schemas in PostgreSQL to support tenant isolation and data security
• Write clean, test‑driven code and maintain comprehensive documentation
• Collaborate with product owners to translate feature specs into technical tasks
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot production issues quickly

Must-have skills

• Strong Python programming experience
• Deep knowledge of Django REST framework
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL design and query optimization
• Understanding of multi‑tenant architecture patterns

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker or container orchestration
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing
