About the role

TechFlow Inc is building cutting‑edge AI solutions for enterprise content creation. We need a Senior Generative AI Specialist to design and implement large language model pipelines that power automated text generation across multiple products.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and fine‑tune LLMs for specific business use cases.
• Develop prompt engineering strategies to maximize output quality.
• Integrate models with existing APIs and data pipelines.
• Implement evaluation metrics and continuous improvement loops.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure scalable deployment.
• Document model performance, limitations, and best practices.

Must-have skills

• Deep experience with transformer‑based LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA).
• Proficiency in Python for model training and inference.
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering techniques.
• Experience building RESTful services to serve AI models.
• Ability to work independently and deliver within tight timelines.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MLOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or MLflow.
• Background in NLP research or publication record.
