About the role

BrightMart Solutions is launching a sprint to automate its CI/CD pipeline and platform deployment. We need a Java Developer to design, implement, and fine‑tune automation scripts that accelerate release cycles while maintaining quality.

Key responsibilities

• Build and enhance CI/CD workflows using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools
• Develop reusable Java libraries for deployment automation
• Integrate automated testing and security checks into pipelines
• Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to streamline release processes
• Document pipeline architecture and provide knowledge transfer

Must-have skills

• Strong Java development experience (5+ years)
• Proficiency with Spring Boot and building microservices
• Hands‑on experience configuring CI/CD tools and scripting automation
• Understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration basics

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes or Helm charts
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
