About the role

Keystone Digital is launching a security hardening initiative for its cloud‑hosted applications. We need a MongoDB Specialist to reinforce data‑layer defenses, audit configurations, and implement best‑practice encryption and access controls.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive security assessment of existing MongoDB clusters.
• Design and apply role‑based access controls and field‑level encryption.
• Integrate MongoDB Atlas security features with CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop scripts to automate compliance checks and alert on anomalies.
• Document hardening procedures and provide knowledge transfer to the internal team.

Must-have skills

• Deep experience securing MongoDB deployments in cloud environments.
• Proficiency with encryption, authentication mechanisms, and audit logging.
• Strong scripting abilities (JavaScript/NodeJS) for automation.
• Understanding of network security and zero‑trust principles.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Terraform or other IaC tools for MongoDB provisioning.
• Experience with security monitoring platforms (e.g., Splunk, ELK).
