About the role

Keystone Digital is undertaking a performance and reliability overhaul of its customer‑facing services. We need a MongoDB Specialist to redesign data access patterns, tune queries, and ensure high availability across our stack.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze existing MongoDB schemas and indexes for bottlenecks
• Implement sharding, replication, and backup strategies to boost reliability
• Refactor data access code in Node.js to use efficient aggregation pipelines
• Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to align performance targets
• Create monitoring dashboards and alerting for database health

Must-have skills

• 5+ years of production MongoDB experience
• Strong command of JavaScript/Node.js data handling
• Proven track record of query optimization and scaling
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for database migrations

Nice to have

• Experience with Atlas or self‑hosted Kubernetes deployments
• Knowledge of data security best practices
