About the role

DataPro Services is launching an integration project that links billing, CRM, and internal APIs. We need a MongoDB Specialist to design and implement the data layer that ensures seamless data flow and consistency across systems.

Key responsibilities

• Model and optimize MongoDB schemas for high‑volume transactional data
• Develop data pipelines that sync billing records with CRM and internal services
• Write aggregation queries and indexes to support real‑time reporting
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to define API contracts
• Implement monitoring and backup strategies for data reliability

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with MongoDB design, performance tuning, and sharding
• Proficiency in JavaScript, NodeJS, and RESTful API development
• Understanding of integration patterns and data consistency
• Ability to write clear documentation and unit tests

Nice to have

• Familiarity with React or other frontend frameworks
• Experience with Docker or container orchestration
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for database migrations
