About the role

Harbor Softworks is building a data pipeline and analytics enablement platform for operations teams. We need a Terraform Engineer to design, implement, and optimize infrastructure as code that powers real‑time data flows and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and codify AWS resources for ingest, processing, and storage using Terraform.
• Integrate Terraform modules with CI/CD pipelines to enable automated deployments.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure infrastructure meets latency and scalability requirements.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and security best practices across the pipeline.
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer for the ops team.

Must-have skills

• 5+ years of Terraform experience on AWS.
• Strong DevOps mindset with CI/CD automation.
• Proficiency in scripting (Shell/Python) for pipeline orchestration.
• Understanding of data pipeline components (Kinesis, S3, Redshift, etc.).

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform Cloud or Enterprise.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Knowledge of cost‑optimization strategies for large‑scale data workloads.
