Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely feedback to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain accurate records, manage data entry, and perform various administrative tasks as needed
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including customer databases, sales reports, and administrative documents
  • Perform data entry, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our database management system
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve administrative processes and procedures
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Provide backup support to other team members as needed, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Develop and implement effective project management techniques to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in administration, customer service, or a related field
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with database management systems, CRM software, and other administrative tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
