As an integral part of our design team, you will be working closely with art directors, designers, and project managers to ensure that all image editing tasks are completed to the highest standards and within the given deadlines. Key Responsibilities

• Edit and enhance images using various techniques such as color correction, retouching, and compositing to achieve high-quality visual effects.
• Utilize Photoshop and other graphic design software to manipulate and perfect images according to client requirements and project briefs.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement visual concepts and ideas for image editing projects.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks and to communicate any project-related issues or concerns.
• Apply technical skills to resolve complex image editing challenges and to find creative solutions to visual problems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in image editing and graphic design to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the development of the company's visual style and brand identity through high-quality image editing work.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior team members to help them develop their image editing skills.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to share ideas and provide input on ongoing and future projects.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and deliver results under pressure.
• Ensure all image editing work is completed to the highest standards of quality, meeting both company and client expectations.
• Maintain organized files and archives of edited images, ensuring easy access and retrieval for future reference or reuse.
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed tosource images, acquire rights, or commission original photography.
• Stay flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, willing to take on new challenges and adjust to changing project requirements.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and experience with other graphic design software such as Illustrator and InDesign.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in image editing, retouching, and manipulation, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetic appeal.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a creative agency, design studio, or publishing environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, art directors, and project managers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex visual problems and develop creative solutions.
• Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.
• Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and visual design principles.
• Familiarity with file management and organization systems, ensuring efficient workflow and easy image retrieval.
• Knowledge of current design trends, technologies, and industry standards in image editing and graphic design.
• Certifications or diplomas in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field are highly desirable.
