About the role

BlueSky Ventures is launching a new product and needs a Vue.js Frontend Developer to uplift test automation and cut regression risk before launch. You will work closely with QA and backend teams to embed automated UI checks into the CI pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Vue.js components that are test‑friendly
• Integrate Cypress or Playwright tests into existing workflows
• Collaborate with QA to define critical user journeys for automation
• Maintain documentation of test cases and results
• Provide quick feedback loops to developers during sprints

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with Vue.js (2.x/3.x)
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
• Hands‑on Cypress or Playwright automation
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
• Ability to write clean, modular HTML & CSS

Nice to have

• Experience with Jest or Mocha unit testing
• Familiarity with Storybook for component isolation
• Background in performance testing for web apps
