Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, including customer information, sales data, and marketing materials
  • Perform data entry tasks, including entering customer information, sales data, and other relevant information into our database
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information
  • Provide customer service support, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing product information
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring analytics
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, including identifying new business opportunities and developing sales materials
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for business growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing product information

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in administration, customer service, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, including written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, including self-motivation and discipline
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data entry, database management, and social media management
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
