Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability
• Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
• Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies and plans
• Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain differences between actual and forecasted results
• Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making
• Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports to provide insights and trends to senior management
• Conduct financial analysis and research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
• Provide training and support to junior staff members to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and financial planning software
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Collaborative team player with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail, with ability to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reports and models
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CMA are an asset
