Key Responsibilities

  • Review, edit, and approve content across various platforms, including social media, websites, and blogs
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop and implement content strategies that meet brand standards
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to content creators to ensure that all content meets quality and brand standards
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of online content best practices and industry trends
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure that all content is accurate, engaging, and free of errors
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure that all content is optimized for search engines and meets SEO best practices
  • Assist in the development of content style guides, brand guidelines, and other supporting documentation
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our content moderation processes and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in content creation and online marketing
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop new content ideas and strategies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all content is aligned with marketing goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain reports and analytics to track content performance and provide insights for future content development
  • Ensure that all content is compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of new content team members

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in content moderation, writing, editing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of online content best practices, including SEO principles and social media engagement strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Proficient in content management systems, including WordPress and other platforms
  • Experience with social media management tools, including Hootsuite and Sprout Social
  • Strong understanding of brand voice and tone, with the ability to adapt to different styles and formats
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Experience with content analytics and reporting tools, including Google Analytics and other platforms
