About the role

NovaForge Tech is launching a data pipeline to empower operations teams with real‑time analytics. We need a DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and automate the end‑to‑end workflow, ensuring reliability and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deploy containerized services on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes
• Build CI/CD pipelines that integrate data ingestion, transformation, and monitoring
• Implement infrastructure as code for repeatable environment provisioning
• Collaborate with data engineers to optimize pipeline performance and cost
• Set up logging, alerting, and security best practices for production workloads

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with AWS services (ECS, EKS, S3, Lambda)
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes orchestration
• Hands‑on CI/CD implementation using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles and automation scripting

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation
• Knowledge of data streaming platforms (Kafka, Kinesis)
• Familiarity with monitoring stacks such as Prometheus/Grafana
