Key Responsibilities

• Retouch and refine photographs to enhance their visual appeal and ensure they meet our high standards
• Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results
• Utilize your expertise in Photoshop to retouch and manipulate images, removing imperfections and improving overall image quality
• Work closely with the art director to develop and implement a consistent visual style across all projects
• Manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver projects on schedule
• Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our visual content
• Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all images meet our exceptional standards
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts for photo retouching projects
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content for social media and advertising campaigns

Requirements

• Proven experience in photo retouching, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and expertise
• Advanced knowledge of Photoshop and other graphic design software
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, art directors, and other stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for color, texture, and composition
