Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth
• Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior management
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that financial plans and strategies are aligned with business objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth
• Develop and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize financial initiatives
• Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes and procedures
• Provide training and support to junior team members
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and standards
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting
• Proficiency in financial software, including Excel, Financial Modeling, and data analytics platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of financial regulations and standards
• Certification in finance or accounting, such as CFA or CPA
