About the role

LumenWorks is modernizing its cloud‑hosted suite with a security hardening initiative. As a Frontend React Developer you will own the UI layer of the new "SecurePulse" module, ensuring it meets strict security standards while delivering a seamless user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the SecurePulse dashboard using React 18, TypeScript, and Material‑UI, integrating CSP and SRI hashes.
• Collaborate with DevSecOps to embed OWASP‑recommended headers and content security policies in the frontend build pipeline.
• Write unit and integration tests with Jest and React Testing Library to achieve 90% coverage before the 4‑week milestone.
• Optimize bundle size via code‑splitting and lazy loading to meet performance budgets for cloud‑deployed environments.
• Conduct security code reviews and remediate identified XSS or injection risks in UI components.
• Document component usage and security guidelines in the internal Confluence space.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficiency in modern build tools (Webpack, Vite) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of web security best practices (CSP, CORS, XSS mitigation).
• Ability to write automated tests using Jest/React Testing Library.
• Familiarity with Git and Agile workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) front‑end deployments.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
