Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analyses of clients' organizational structures, HR processes, and talent management strategies to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR solutions tailored to each client's unique needs, including recruitment and retention strategies, performance management systems, and training programs.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employment law, compliance, and regulatory matters, ensuring that clients are aware of and adhere to relevant requirements.
  • Design and deliver bespoke training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs to enhance leadership skills, team performance, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Facilitate organizational change and development initiatives, including restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and cultural transformation projects.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and inclusivity.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay abreast of best practices in HR and organizational development, applying this knowledge to inform client solutions and internal initiatives.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and other documents to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring that all communications are clear, concise, and professional.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, adhering to data protection and privacy laws.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying current with HR trends, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Contribute to the development of Kestrel Consulting's service offerings, sharing expertise and ideas to enhance our portfolio and reputation in the market.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong academic record and relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR consulting or a related role, with a proven track record of success in delivering HR solutions and driving organizational change.
  • Excellent understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and current trends in talent management, organizational development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, develop creative solutions, and present findings effectively to various audiences.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS), talent management software, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience in project management, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver high-quality reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a passion for staying current with HR trends, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
