Key Responsibilities

• Retouch and enhance images using Adobe Photoshop and other image editing software
• Work closely with designers and art directors to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge, best practices, and techniques
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in image editing and retouching
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of color theory, composition, and visual aesthetics
• Apply advanced techniques such as frequency separation, dodging and burning, and color grading
• Use masking and selection tools to isolate and manipulate specific areas of an image
• Implement non-destructive editing techniques to preserve the original image data
• Deliver high-resolution images that meet the required specifications and quality standards
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, including timelines, milestones, and deadlines
• Participate in quality control checks to ensure the highest level of quality and consistency
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving workflows, processes, and overall quality

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, with expertise in retouching, editing, and manipulating images
• Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and visual aesthetics
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
• Experience with other image editing software, such as Lightroom or Sketch, is an asset
