Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and community growth.
- Manage and maintain the company's presence on all social media platforms, ensuring consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including text, images, videos, and live streams.
- Analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop a content calendar that aligns with our overall marketing strategy and ensures consistent posting across all social media platforms.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, answering questions, and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our social media strategy.
- Brainstorm and conceptualize new and innovative social media campaigns that drive engagement, increase brand loyalty, and support business objectives.
- Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing social media graphics, videos, and other visual content that aligns with our brand guidelines.
- Conduct competitor research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our social media marketing efforts.
- Monitor and manage social media budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing ROI on social media advertising spend.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media reporting system, providing regular updates on campaign performance and progress towards goals.
- Lead social media training sessions and workshops for employees to ensure they are equipped to effectively represent the brand on social media.
- Continuously evaluate and refine our social media strategy to ensure it remains aligned with our business objectives and adapts to changes in the market and customer needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a similar industry or role.
- Proven track record of success in managing multi-channel social media campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer growth.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, as well as emerging platforms and trends.
- Excellent content creation skills, with the ability to develop high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
- Experience with social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite Insights, Sprout Social, or Agorapulse, and the ability to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in social media advertising, including Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, and the ability to manage and optimize social media ad campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and communications.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative social media campaigns that drive engagement and support business objectives.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective fixes.
- Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer, and the ability to efficiently manage and maintain our social media presence.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience and training.
- Certification in social media marketing or a related field, such as Hootsuite Social Media Marketing Certification or Facebook Blueprint Certification.
