Key Responsibilities
- Format and edit a wide range of documents, including reports, proposals, marketing materials, and educational resources, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Develop and maintain template designs, styles, and layouts to meet client requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their document formatting needs and preferences, providing guidance and recommendations as necessary.
- Work closely with the document preparation team to ensure that all documents are completed to the highest standard, meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
- Conduct quality checks on all documents, ensuring that they are free from errors in grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of document formatting software, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest document formatting trends and technologies.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving document formatting processes and procedures, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and progress reports, and responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of document formatting projects, including timelines, deadlines, and client feedback.

Requirements
- Proven experience in document formatting, editing, and proofreading, with a strong portfolio of work.
