Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation plans, and project schedules to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects
• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including providing guidance, support, and feedback to team members
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and training sessions to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to minimize potential impacts on project timelines and budgets
• Monitor and control project expenses, and ensure that projects are delivered within approved budgets and financial plans
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure that projects are delivered to meet their requirements and exceed their expectations
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners
• Coordinate and facilitate project reviews and retrospectives to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and team performance
• Provide coaching and mentoring to junior project managers and team members to support their development and growth
• Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, and apply this knowledge to enhance project delivery and team performance
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve project delivery and team performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
• Proficiency in project management tools, including Asana, Trello, and Microsoft Project
• Strong time management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to understand and meet the needs of clients and stakeholders
• Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is an asset
• Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment is an asset
