Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
  • Manage customer inquiries, respond to emails, and provide exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Perform data entry tasks, including updating spreadsheets, maintaining databases, and managing records.
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including booking venues, arranging catering, and preparing materials.
  • Prepare and edit documents, including reports, presentations, and emails, to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Conduct research, gather information, and provide insights to support business decisions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in a virtual or remote environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with data entry software, CRM systems, and other administrative tools.
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and adhere to company policies.
