About the role

NexGen Media is preparing a high‑impact app store launch that tightly couples front‑end iOS features with backend services. We need a focused iOS App Developer to bridge UI expectations and API contracts, ensuring a smooth rollout.

Key responsibilities

• Implement new Swift UI screens that align with backend data models
• Integrate and test REST API endpoints for authentication, content sync, and analytics
• Collaborate with backend engineers to refine API contracts and error handling
• Write unit and UI tests to guarantee stability across iOS versions
• Document code and integration notes for future maintenance

Must-have skills

• Strong proficiency in Swift and iOS SDK
• Hands‑on experience consuming REST APIs
• Understanding of mobile‑backend interaction patterns
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Combine or RxSwift
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for iOS
• Knowledge of App Store submission processes
