Node.js Developer Needed for Auth Service Build Overhaul

About the role

DataPro Services is enhancing its test automation suite to lower regression risk before product launches. We need a Node.js Developer who can design, extend, and integrate automated tests into our CI pipeline, ensuring reliable coverage across micro‑services.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement new test automation frameworks using Node.js
• Integrate existing REST APIs into automated test scenarios
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps to embed tests in CI/CD workflows
• Analyze flaky tests, diagnose failures, and improve stability
• Document test cases, results, and best practices for the team

Must-have skills

• Strong Node.js development experience
• Proficiency with Express and building RESTful services
• Hands‑on test automation using tools like Mocha, Jest, or Cypress
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker containerization for test environments
• Familiarity with cloud‑based testing platforms
• Background in performance testing or load simulation
