About the role

DataPro Services is enhancing its test automation framework to lower regression risk before each product launch. We need a PHP Developer who can integrate automated tests into our CI pipeline, improve existing test suites, and ensure reliable coverage for new features.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement PHP‑based test scripts for core application modules
• Integrate automated tests with Jenkins/GitHub Actions for nightly runs
• Refactor legacy test code to follow modern Laravel best practices
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps to define test coverage metrics
• Document test scenarios and maintain clear test data sets

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with PHP 7+/Laravel
• Proficiency in MySQL and writing efficient queries
• Hands‑on knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Codeception, PHPUnit)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control
• Ability to troubleshoot flaky tests and improve stability

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker containers for test environments
• Experience with API testing frameworks
• Background in performance testing for PHP applications
