About the role

LumenWorks is overhauling the performance and reliability of its customer‑facing services. We need a QA Software Tester to design, execute, and automate tests that validate speed, stability, and scalability under real‑world loads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test suites for web APIs and UI components
• Design load and stress test scenarios using industry‑standard tools
• Identify performance bottlenecks and work with developers to remediate them
• Document test results, create defect reports, and track resolution progress
• Collaborate with product owners to define acceptance criteria for reliability targets

Must-have skills

• Strong experience in QA testing of SaaS applications
• Proficiency with Selenium for UI automation
• Hands‑on experience building performance and reliability test frameworks

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated test integration
• Knowledge of cloud‑based load testing platforms
• Basic scripting skills in Python or JavaScript
