About the role

DataPro Services is revamping a legacy production platform that must stay online 24/7. We need a QA Software Tester to design and execute test strategies that guarantee zero‑downtime during the migration. The role focuses on both manual exploratory testing and automated regression suites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for critical user flows using Selenium.
• Design comprehensive test plans covering performance, security, and data integrity.
• Execute smoke, regression, and sanity tests in CI pipelines to catch issues early.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce defects and verify fixes without service interruption.
• Monitor production metrics post‑deployment to validate zero‑downtime objectives.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience in functional and regression testing of web applications.
• Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver and test automation frameworks.
• Ability to write clear, concise test cases and documentation.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control.

Nice to have

• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
• Familiarity with cloud‑native environments and container orchestration.
