About the role

BlueSky Ventures is building a next‑generation decentralized finance platform. We need a senior Blockchain Engineer to design and implement robust smart contracts that power core financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deploy Solidity smart contracts on Ethereum.
• Integrate contracts with front‑end dApps and backend services.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests.
• Collaborate with product and security teams to define specifications.
• Optimize gas usage and ensure contract efficiency.

Must-have skills

• Deep experience with Solidity and smart contract development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Python for tooling and scripting.
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals and DeFi protocols.
• Experience with REST API design and integration.
• Knowledge of security best practices for smart contracts.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Web3 libraries such as ethers.js or web3.js.
• Experience auditing contracts for vulnerabilities.
