About the role

BrightMart Solutions is building a next‑gen mobile marketplace that will launch on major app stores this quarter. We need a senior Blockchain Engineer to align our smart‑contract layer with the mobile backend, ensuring seamless token transactions and on‑chain data sync for the new "MartSync" module.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy Solidity smart contracts that handle in‑app purchases, refunds, and loyalty points for the MartSync module.
• Integrate contracts with our Node.js/Express backend using Web3.js and ethers.js, creating REST endpoints for mobile clients.
• Implement gas‑optimisation strategies and conduct unit tests with Hardhat and Chai to meet performance milestones.
• Collaborate with mobile developers to define data schemas and event listeners for real‑time transaction updates.
• Produce detailed documentation and CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions for automated contract deployment and verification.
• Perform security reviews and address audit findings before the app store release deadline.

Must-have skills

• Advanced Solidity development and smart‑contract architecture.
• Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and Web3 libraries.
• Experience building REST APIs that interact with blockchain networks.
• Strong understanding of cryptographic principles and security best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools for blockchain workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with layer‑2 scaling solutions (e.g., Optimism, Arbitrum).
• Background in mobile‑backend integration for iOS/Android apps.
