About the role

Northbay Systems is enhancing a multi‑tenant B2B product with faster, reliable feature delivery. We need a CI/CD Pipeline Engineer to design, implement, and optimize automated pipelines that support parallel tenant deployments while maintaining strict security and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Architect end‑to‑end CI/CD workflows for multi‑tenant codebases
• Integrate automated testing, security scans, and compliance checks
• Containerize services using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes
• Configure AWS resources (ECR, CodePipeline, CloudFormation) for scalable deployments
• Collaborate with developers to embed pipeline best practices
• Monitor pipeline health and continuously improve performance

Must-have skills

• Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines for SaaS platforms
• Deep knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services
• Strong scripting skills (Shell, Python, or similar)
• Understanding of multi‑tenant architecture and security requirements

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation IaC
• Familiarity with GitOps principles
• Background in performance tuning of large‑scale pipelines
