About the role

BlueSky Ventures is launching a new product line and needs to lift test automation to cut regression risk before each release. As a CI/CD Pipeline Engineer you will design and refine pipelines that integrate automated testing, ensuring fast, reliable feedback for developers.

Key responsibilities

• Architect end‑to‑end CI/CD workflows that trigger unit, integration, and UI test suites on every commit.
• Implement test‑automation frameworks in Docker containers and orchestrate them with Kubernetes.
• Configure AWS CodeBuild/CodePipeline to scale test execution on demand.
• Collaborate with QA and development teams to embed test metrics into dashboards.
• Continuously monitor pipeline health and reduce flaky test occurrences.

Must-have skills

• Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines for test automation.
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services.
• Hands‑on with scripting and pipeline-as‑code tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Understanding of quality metrics and regression risk mitigation.

Nice to have

• Experience with performance testing integration.
• Familiarity with Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure provisioning.
• Background in micro‑service testing strategies.
