About the role

Summit Digital is enhancing its flagship B2B platform with a new multi‑tenant analytics layer called Nimbus Insights. As a Senior Data Scientist you will drive feature delivery that enables each tenant to run custom predictive models on shared infrastructure while preserving data isolation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement tenant‑aware feature pipelines using Python and PostgreSQL, ensuring strict data segregation.
• Develop and tune machine‑learning models for churn prediction and demand forecasting across multiple customers.
• Integrate model serving endpoints into existing REST APIs, collaborating with backend engineers for seamless rollout.
• Create automated validation suites in PyTest to verify model accuracy and performance for each tenant.
• Monitor model drift in production with Grafana dashboards and trigger retraining cycles.
• Document data schemas, feature stores, and model versioning procedures for cross‑team consumption.

Must-have skills

• Advanced Python for data science (pandas, scikit‑learn, PyTorch).
• Strong SQL expertise with PostgreSQL, including partitioning and indexing.
• Experience building and deploying RESTful ML services.
• Proficiency in statistical modeling and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of multi‑tenant security patterns.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for ML (MLflow, Kubeflow).
