About the role

Harbor Softworks is launching a data pipeline and analytics enablement platform for operations teams. We need a Full Stack Web Developer to design, implement, and optimize end‑to‑end data flows and visual dashboards that empower real‑time decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable RESTful APIs to ingest, transform, and serve operational data.
• Develop interactive UI components with React for analytics dashboards.
• Integrate MongoDB schemas to support high‑velocity data storage and querying.
• Collaborate with data engineers and product owners to define pipeline requirements.
• Write unit and integration tests, and ensure code quality through peer reviews.

Must-have skills

• 5+ years of full‑stack development experience.
• Deep expertise in React, NodeJS, JavaScript, and MongoDB.
• Proven ability to design data pipelines and handle large‑scale data sets.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work autonomously.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud services (AWS/GCP) for data processing.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.
• Background in operations analytics or business intelligence.
