About the role

NovaForge Tech is launching a sprint to automate its CI/CD pipeline and streamline platform releases. We need a Full Stack Web Developer who can bridge frontend and backend work while embedding automation best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement React components for internal dashboards
• Build NodeJS services that trigger automated tests and deployments
• Integrate MongoDB data flows into the release workflow
• Configure pipelines using popular CI tools and containerization
• Collaborate with DevOps to ensure smooth hand‑off and monitoring

Must-have skills

• Strong proficiency in React and NodeJS
• Solid JavaScript fundamentals
• Experience with MongoDB schema design and queries
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and automation scripts

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes
• Experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
