About the role

DataPro Services is expanding its analytics backbone for operations teams. We need a GraphQL API Developer to design and implement a high‑performance API layer that feeds real‑time data pipelines and supports downstream analytics dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Design schema and resolvers for a scalable GraphQL service.
• Integrate with existing REST endpoints and data stores.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and rate‑limiting.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure smooth ingestion into analytics pipelines.
• Write unit and integration tests, and document API contracts.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience building GraphQL APIs in production.
• Proficiency with NodeJS and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of REST API concepts and data modeling.
• Experience with React‑based client consumption of GraphQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of data warehouse technologies (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Experience with analytics tooling such as Looker or Tableau.
• Background in building APIs for operations or logistics domains.
