About the role

CloudWave Digital seeks a Senior Penetration Tester to assess the security posture of a new SaaS platform. You will lead comprehensive testing, identify vulnerabilities, and provide actionable remediation guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct external and internal network penetration tests.
• Perform web application security assessments using OWASP methodologies.
• Execute social engineering simulations and phishing campaigns.
• Develop detailed vulnerability reports with risk ratings.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to prioritize fixes.
• Maintain testing documentation and adhere to compliance standards.

Must-have skills

• 10+ years of hands‑on penetration testing experience.
• Proficiency with tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, and Nmap.
• Strong scripting abilities in Python for custom exploit development.
• Deep knowledge of Linux security mechanisms and hardening.
• Excellent written communication for clear reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud security assessments (AWS, Azure).
• Relevant certifications (OSCP, CEH, CISSP).
