Senior Terraform Engineer for Release Pipeline Hardening Delivery

About the role

NexGen Media is launching a rapid CI/CD and platform automation sprint to accelerate release cycles. We need a Terraform Engineer who can design, implement, and refine infrastructure-as-code pipelines that support continuous delivery across multiple environments.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and codify AWS infrastructure using Terraform modules
• Integrate Terraform workflows into existing CI/CD pipelines
• Automate environment provisioning, scaling, and teardown
• Collaborate with developers to embed infrastructure best practices
• Maintain state management, versioning, and documentation

Must-have skills

• 3+ years of Terraform engineering on AWS
• Deep understanding of CI/CD concepts and tooling
• Experience with GitOps and automated testing of IaC
• Strong scripting abilities (Shell, Python) for pipeline glue

Nice to have

• Knowledge of container orchestration (EKS, ECS)
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch or Prometheus
• Experience with policy-as-code frameworks like Sentinel
