Senior Terraform Engineer Needed for Production CI/CD Pipeline Setup

About the role

DataPro Services is launching a greenfield SaaS product and needs a Terraform Engineer to design the infrastructure from scratch. You will work with a remote‑first team to deliver a production‑ready, automated cloud environment that scales with demand.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement IaC using Terraform for multi‑region AWS deployments
• Set up CI/CD pipelines to provision and validate infrastructure changes
• Collaborate with developers to integrate infrastructure with application code
• Establish security best practices, including IAM policies and secret management
• Document architecture diagrams and operational runbooks

Must-have skills

• 5+ years building AWS infrastructure with Terraform
• Strong understanding of networking, VPC, and security groups
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines for IaC
• Proficiency in scripting (Shell, Python) for automation

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Kubernetes provisioning via Terraform
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like CloudWatch or Prometheus
• Experience with remote‑first agile teams
