About the role

CoreData Systems is launching an integration project that ties together billing, CRM, and internal APIs. We need a Terraform Engineer to design, implement, and maintain the IaC pipelines that will automate the provisioning of cross‑service resources on AWS.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and codify network, security, and compute resources using Terraform modules.
• Build reusable CI/CD pipelines that deploy infrastructure changes safely across environments.
• Collaborate with backend and integration teams to map API contracts into cloud resources.
• Implement automated testing and validation of Terraform code with Terratest or similar tools.
• Monitor state drift and remediate inconsistencies during the integration rollout.

Must-have skills

• 5+ years of Terraform experience in production AWS environments.
• Deep understanding of AWS services (VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway).
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Strong DevOps mindset and ability to write clean, version‑controlled code.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform Cloud/Enterprise workspaces.
• Knowledge of container orchestration (ECS/EKS) and serverless patterns.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like CloudWatch or Datadog.
