About the role

Harbor Softworks is undertaking a performance and reliability overhaul of its customer‑facing services. We need a TypeScript Developer who can refactor critical code paths, introduce strong typing, and ensure seamless integration across our stack.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing JavaScript modules for type safety and convert them to TypeScript.
• Implement performance‑focused patterns in Angular and React components.
• Design and enforce linting and build pipelines that catch regressions early.
• Collaborate with QA to create automated tests that verify reliability under load.
• Document migration steps and provide knowledge transfer to the internal team.

Must-have skills

• Proven expertise in TypeScript, Angular, and React.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and performance optimization.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling for front‑end projects.
• Ability to write clear, maintainable code and documentation.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Webpack or Vite configuration.
• Experience with load testing tools.
• Knowledge of server‑side rendering techniques.
